Cam Mcevoy, the 2023 50 free world champion, (basically the current fastest man in water) has a lot of his strength training on his social media as well.
Could you maybe do a video about Physical 100 or talk abot it on the podcast? The second season was released recently and it's a pretty interesting display and comparison between the abilities of different elite athletes
Let's get these female Dutch athletes off the FREE WEIGHTS. Invest in a set of circuit training machines. As head coach that is my first priority with these ladies.
Key point on the max-effort testing, is also that BEFORE the test, the athlete must be well-rested and recovered (not the day after another generally hard training session for example, but during a "lighter" week and after a rest day potentially for example). I'm sure ya'll know that, but for anyone wanting to try such a test, needs to be sure they don't do it right after a hard week of training or a few days after running a marathon for example, LOL.
Great vid! Do one on the grappler Dante Leon, he has ton of lifting content, he’s loves conjugate stuff and he’s a beast. He cut weight to very low weight classes for his build and he also competed in heavyweights, it would be interesting to see how he gets all of it done.
Have you guys ever considered reviewing any strongman athletes, weightclass athletes like Tommy Lovell, or even open weights like Luke and Tom Stoltman?
Lifting technique from T&F athletes has mostly been subpar because most S&C coaches have no clue about lifting technique, so their athletes wind up emphasizing strength over speed and precision.
loool 100 for a women of 65 who run serious i lfit 115 for info but i m crossfit 9 years at my gym the best women lift 80-90 but don't run she do a bodybuilding and crossfit and 5/WEEK
looooooooool 100kg for a women of 65 is very very hard for a bodybuilder for a run women it is impossible if natty she is 100% ROID LIKE ALL THE PRO TODAY
Can you do someone from the chinese swimming team? (Qin Haiyang, Zhang Yufei, Pan Zhanle) I think they have a good amount of footage of their training on social media.
So obv on roids..she is 6ft tall and has got more muscular and stronger as she aged. Look how astonished she is when she did the lift..look at her shoulders..women dont look like that..she didnt when she was 20. She still has her beauty.
@@kamikazemobiri7350 depends on how you train and your body composition. There is a huge difference between big and strong as well. The lifting she does is probably 25 % of what she does. More time spent on the track, not in the gym.
