Hahahahahha that's what i was thinking when I was fighting her. But when i realised that you can deflect her projectiles she became much more managable
Bosses so far have been at least a little grounded in a believable reality, except for maybe the Archbishop and maybe the Swamp monster, suddenly this girls comes out and reveals she's able to manipulate lighting, conjure lighting from nothing, fly, move at superhuman speeds, have infinite stamina, wield a lighting rod without suffering any damage and does all this in lingerie
My biggest gripe with the game is that Boss Weapons are not that boss' weapon but a different weapon. Like, the ring weapon is cool, but I wanted that electric greatsword😢
Slow weapons aren't very balanced for this game though since you can't poise through any attacks, hell a light attack from a small enemy can stun you out of a charged heavy on a greatsword like wtf
@@samthepigman4069 Great weapons can be good for the fable attacks though, those can armour through and do decent damage. I used the starter greatsword for most of the game, good balance of heavy but not too slow. And the triple fable slash pretty good. But it can be rough on some bosses. I ended up levling the fire knife and putting on the acidic spear handle and using this bosses wheel. That weapons really good too imo. The ranged spin good as hell to use.
@@joeystarr1273, I admire Romeo as a great boss, but Laxasia, as long as an insane challenge, is a gorgeous waifu) About soundtracks, most of all I appreciate Champion Victor's theme.
I have to disagree, this boss stole whatever sanity I had left from Romeo and whatever that one boss that looked like spaghetti was named, oh and can’t forget the black rabbits
Im listening to the LoP tracks in my personal playlist with other included tracks from DS and ER and it's incredible how on-par the music is compared to Fromsoft's games
Lies of P really does have some bangers. This and the parade master ost are my personal favorites. There's a lot of effort put into this game and it shows
@@ayooduwole6727I can confidently say that this game doesn’t have a single song on the track that I dislike. My favorites have to be Champion Victor, Romeo, and Watchman’s themes
facts, i dont know if its said somewhere whether she got the complete elixir to get simon to "appreciate" her, or due to personal ambition. It wouldnt surprise me if it was only out of love
Fighting her with high stamina and the two dragons sword on her second phase feels epic as fuck. That's kind of my only problem with this boss is that if you don't have enough stamina you're kind of fucked even if you are a parry god. I had to level that shit up and come back cuz of her long ass combos. Dope as fuck still
The phase transition theme was even above the best soundtracks of fromsoftware But when the cinematic ends and you enter in the actual fight the theme is very dissapointing… i mean, the theme is pretty good, but with the transition theme i was expecting something incredible Is like having the transition theme of Ludwig and then the actual fight you have the theme of taurus demon
@@notblabby it's cinematic sound, not music sound. I guess it's mixed up in the original file already but I got the PS5 version, not the PC one, so I cannot verify
@@altantulga8138having 1 hard to attack doesn't make it unfair, the only thing waterfowl does is making it hard to be agrressive, which can be a bit cringe but it doesn't make the boss unfair
@@altantulga8138 sounds like someone got fucked up by malenia and is crying online for sympathy, from games never get rid of whiny brats like you do they :d
I honestly don’t know it’s my build, my skill, or my intelligence but she somehow obliterates me with one combo second phase before I can even get her down to half health This is across 78 attempts so far. Edit: beat her, absolutely loathe this boss, but at least I’ve earned the right to listen to the music. I can now perfect party all her moves so next run shouldn’t be too bad. Also beat nameless and Manus within 10 tries each. Don’t get why this boss is so crazy.
I did her first phase with mostly blocking and occasional dodges but the second phase is much harder with blocking in my experience. When I spammed the dodge button I was doing much better. My weapon of choice was the Trident of the Covenant for nearly the entire game after I got it. It's fully charged heavy attack is a forward lunge with amazing range and it's running heavy is also similar but much quicker I rarely even used the it's light attack. Also use the acid grindstone.
@@valentinvas6454 Already figured that out I was using the two dragons sword for my early attempts, thought I could do the badass samurai route but ended up looking like a fool in front of this boss. Trident definitely helped.
