My Advance build used both Blacksteel Cutter and Circular Electric Chainsaw Blade. My Legion Arm I used was Pandemonium since you can toss it out and forget it instead of having to hold it down like Fulminis and Flamberge. This setup gave me all 3 status types so I could change according to what I was fighting Fire for Carcass, Electric for Puppets, Acid for Humans/everything. Biggest weakness was weight, but I stopped leveling Advanced at 34 and focused fully on Capacity in NG+. With the new Amulet I can get Advance +6 on top of everything else. Circular Saw also works really well with the Amulet that increases damage based on attacks.
Personally I found little to no use regarding elemental legions and have all legions maxed out....I always go back to puppet string for it's versatility, damage and closing distances...sometimes I use Aegis shield with the exploit I mentioned earlier for easy parries although at this point I can regularly block fury attacks with Phase 7 P organs so Puppet string never leaves my equipment. Also I always use one weapon and legion only and switch only against particular enemies if needed....I just don't see the point of the extra weight 🤷
There is a bit of a glitch/exploit with the Aegis Shield....if you hold ( on PS4/5 ) L2 and tap L1 as fast as you can, you will pretty much parry everything they throw at you even Fury attacks as long as you have legion meter...very handy against some bosses that are hard to read but it might get patched later on...if they do that, no worries since on Ng+2 will unlock phase 7 of the P organs which features an ability that let's you normally guard fury attacks
3:12 -4:09 sure . I'll try if I'm able to pull off a full combo without an interruption😂😂I usually get to two attacks before I have to try and time a guard 😭😂😂
I use blacksteel cutter with acic greatsword handle, better moveset imo. Also for puppets i use electric saw with electril coil handle and acidic spear and handle for humans.
This is a great video. I went with advanced as well though I wasted points in motivity and technique. I have 15 in both and 26 in advanced. My health and stamina of coarse is low. I had been looking for this handle. I was running the electric buzz saw with the electric coil handle. Then I’d switch that out with the circular handle and electric coil head for range. When I hit a respec point I’ll switch to fire.
@@ColdBwoyyI had found out today that boss I beat a day ago actually gave me the key to the door to respec. I copied some aspects of your stat build. Though I still favor electricity. However, it’s all interchangeable I noticed. Different tools to do different jobs.
A bro just to let you know cuz I was new to souos games and it took me awhile but you should always level up your health and stamina first I used to be worried about my damage stats early but honestly most your damage will come from upgrades early and mid game now I do damage last plus dying less you will he able to get alot more levels to level up unless you are a veteran player who isn't worried about health I apologize I just like to tell ppl that cuz It took me awhile to learn and I see alot of ppl thinking they need to level thier damage stat early game and that usually isn't the case
How did you play through your entire first playthrough with the blacksteel cutter if you don't get it until chapter 8? What am I supposed to use until then?
It’s pretty badass not gonna lie. I have it at level 9 right now. My go to is the Bone-Cutting Sawblade though. I’m rocking a Technique build, level 10 Sawblade w/ Chef Knives Handle with Technique crank giving at A scaling for technique. The thing is str8 nasty. The Two Dragons Sword is also OP as hell. Highly recommend if you’re using a Technique build.
@@ColdBwoyy You should def try it out. The charged R2 is a very quick and agile similar to your build you’re showcasing just heavier. multiple slash almost like a fable art. It’s obviously very stamina draining so make sure you have adequate stamina, capacity and I use both stamina emulates. 26 Vigor 25 stamina 20 Capacity, 33 technique,
It’s the bone cutting saw equivalent in my opinion I was doing as much with that as I am with my bone cutter so honestly I just don’t like the handle needs be be bramble or some other
I just use the Mjolnir Hammer with Dancer handle and Puppet String...sometimes I switch with the greatsword you get from the boss soul and aegis shield for bosses...I'm at ng+2 and level 217...you come to point that the scaling becomes so miniscule that you're better off investing in Vitality and Capacity only and be as tanky is possible
Hey though you were on to something. I use Mjolnir Hammer as well with a different handle. It’s a bad ass combo! Thank you for putting me on this combo.
It’s incredibly versatile, and can be manipulated to work against every boss in the game which is why it’s so great! Thank you so much for watching my videos 🙏
@@ColdBwoyy So... The zappy bonko-stick and the burny knife? The only other advance-scaling weapon I found up through the black cat gang was a spear that does decay, but that's much further in.
Actually in ng+, only the bosses get more tanky and aggressive while hitting harder aswell but 90% of regular mobs can still be brought down with one charged attack with the mjolnir hammer/dancer blade handle combo...ng+2 gets even easier with phase 7 of P organs and I'm steam rolling everything atm...also knowledge of the game by now is very helpful knowing exactly what tough minibosses you'll encounter and how to deal with them accordingly....using puppet string and a grinder stone of your choice depending on enemy gives them very little to no time to react
@@rka18282I might try that. Was thinking about the huge wrench head too with that handle or the baton maybe. Been using the acid axe, the black steel cutter, and the electric saw thingy mostly though in my first playthrough I used the dagger that crits like crazy and the Katana
@@vheataylorsyorkies7215 I used the wrench head for a bit but found the fable art of the Mjolnir Hammer easiest to connect after a fatal blow against faster enemies and also gives you an electricity buff too...I never use elemental weapons or legions tbh...I just use the grinders against certain minibosses and main bosses....this coupled with the puppet string, can absolutely wreck enemies
@ColdBwoyy that is the one trait they need to rework in this game. It's nuts how that is basically your highest number in your stats. Such a waste of points.
Yo on those stats you said to have did you put any points into Motivity and Technique? I’ve the same stats and I’ve 702,000 ergo do I just keep putting more points into the same stats or no?
