Congrats on the sponsorship!! When you dip glaze, do you smooth out the drips after it dries? I’m never sure what to do to clean up pieces after dip glazing.
Hi! Absolutely love your ceramic art 🥰 Just wondering if the shed that the kiln is in is heated? I wanted to put one in my detached garage (not heated) and didn’t know if it would work. FYI, I live in Calgary also. Thanks 😊
hi & thank you! the shed is not heated, though I think there is some insulation around the shed! I think I know some fellow ceramic folks who have their kilns in their garages here in Calgary that aren't heated!
I just got mine from my local art shop! it came in two different sizes & I think it was just called “artists tape” - I know you can get the same thing on Amazon though!

I have an odd question... Was your Dirty Girls bat system a seconds sale purchase? I want that system but would not be able to stand how uncentered it was on the wheel.
nope! I use a bat mate to attach it to the wheel so I could've easily just taken it off and put it back on but it doesn't bother me if it's a little off bc I go on feel when centering anyway! I'm pretty sure you could attach it with bat pins and then it would be aligned perfectly :-) I would defs recommend their system!
