I like how she just got a baby, but her content is not overbearing with baby content. She gives us tidbits. Which makes it so much better to watch! Like how cute is Lyla 😍😍😍

I know! I had to stop following RawBeautyKristi because she only posts Q&As now and everything related to her son but also she doesn't show her son which is confusing? Like you want to talk about it or not? And she only does videos to complete sponsorships. I love that Tina didn't go that route!

There's a high chance Lyla will have very strong legs since she is standing quite stable for a 5 months old & even jumping!! Lyla is so cute! So happy to see she is already taking swimming lessons. Since you’re a mom who likes to teach their baby young, I highly suggest you look into EC (elimination communication). It’s basically a form of potty training and I think it will make your life so much easier in the long run. Especially if you have the time to be at home with her. A friend of mine did this and she was able to get her daughter potty trained by age 1 1/2. 😊

As soon as my children could sit I would put them on the potty and got them use to it. My daughter was dry by 1 year's old my son took longer he was 3 but it helps 💯

If you just use bamboo reusable wipes they clean the babies up so much easier. When we transitioned to them it made such a difference. You just add water and one usually cleans up what 10 disposable wipes would do. It sounds kind of daunting but you just rinse them after and have a fair few so you can wash them all together

Awee this reminded me of when my baby was this little. She turned 13months old today! I did not have a village, but I have the most supportive and helpful husband that loves and helps baby as much as I do. I still breastfeed and my baby refused all bottles, but it definitely got easier over time. Mostly now that she's down to 3 to 4 feeds alongside her solids. I absolutely love breastfeeding and being a mom. I have finally found something I'm really good at!! Also, look into Little Sleepies Pajamas, they last much longer than cotton clothes bc they're made out of bamboo 🧡🧡

My oldest son is 20 and my youngest is 12, I really love breastfeeding its so special seeing their little faces when they feed they're so content and make the cutest noises. I stopped breastfeeding both of my boys when they were 2yrs old, I still miss it when I see other mum breastfeeding I always end up staring lol they probably think I'm weird but it brings back so many warm loving memories.

When a baby goes number 2, I always find it helpful for the first wipe to be with the diaper, less wipes that way.

Your video was so precious Tina! It’s been lovely seeing you grow your family, and seeing how incredibly hard you, Alfred, and your mum are working for Lyla. She’s clearly loved. I wonder if you’ve checked out teaching Lyla how to sign sometime in the future - it can be a super useful technique to allow parents to communicate with babies that haven’t learned words yet, and I’ve heard it makes the transition to speaking much easier!
