I absolutely love all your recs rolling in! Some are familiar faces some are completely new to me. I'll have to go through each one of the channels. 💚 Special thanks goes to all the sweethearts praising my own channel, I'm over the moon 🥰 Greetings from Vienna
One of my favorite RU-vid channels for plants is Wildfern. Fern is from Canada and I love her personnality. She own about 200 plants and makes frequent videos.
Right she is one of the OG Plant Tubers in my opinion, I love how she is always so careful when handling her plants and has overall just chill vibes. Have a great day Amelia 😊💚
Other than your own channel, I really enjoy plants by Melissa and some smaller channels like Sheffield made plants is funny, ky plant daddy, roots ready and small city plants. Hope you enjoy some of these. 🌱
When you said "Sometimes I wish I could throw away cuttings, but I can't", I've never related to something more than that moment lol. Anytime I prune anything, I have to propagate the cuttings, because I can't just throw them away, they could make new plants. My house is being overrun by propagations, thankfully my coworkers are always glad to get baby plants.
Yes exactly, you get me! It can be a real struggle sometimes. I also try to gift plants to coworkers and friends but with some of the more special ones, I can't really do that. Greetings from Germany, have a great day! 💚
I started my plant journey because of Summer Rayne Oaks, I watch other RU-vidrs, but her knowledge and production value is on top! Love your channel as well!!
I totally agree, I completely forgot about her but I also watched a lot of her videos back in the day. I appreciated how she would do separate videos for specific plants and explain everything about their care. Very informative and helpful indeed. Thank you Annie, have a great day 💚
You listed some great RU-vidrs! I would add: SydneyPlantGuy (I know you've mentioned him in other videos - just gotta be thorough!), KillThisPlant, PeteVersusPlants, Nora the Leca Queen, HouseplantyGoodness, RootsReady. I agree, Benji has SUCH a knack at plant style!! What a blessing it is to learn from planty people around the world! Thankful to have come across your channel. Blessings! :)
Immer gerne 🥰. Glenn hat aber auch wirklich einen tollen Kanal, ist sehr konsistent und sympathisch. Auch einer meiner liebsten deutschen Pflanzen RU-vidr.
My guess was 32 pots! I love your channel, thanks for all the informative and creative videos🪴 my recent favourites are Plant with Roos, Plants with Kristal and plants by Melissa 🥰 You put a smile on my face whenever you talk about animes or Japanese things☺️ Hi from Japan 👋🏻
Thanks for sharing, I'm glad you enjoy my videos so much. I wish it were only 32 pots, they would take up way less space. 😅 I have to say learning Japanese has been such a fun task every day. I have already been interested in Japan for years and watch a lot of RU-vid videos and anime but actually learning the language was the logical next step 😊. Greetings from Germany 👋
I will throw in Patrick Blanc, i mean he isnt really a RU-vidr, but has the most beautiful and interesting plant expeditions. He really got me into the whole plant thing by just seeing all those plants in the wild, especially my alocasias.
I got your video when I researched Monstera, and it is lovely that we are all learning Japanese. I got my N2 certificate, so I think we can learn about plants in Japanese together.
That's so cool, glad you found my channel. Congratulations on your N2 Certificate 🤓🎉 I am nowhere near that level of proficiency yet 😅 My level is 140 Days of Duolingo Classes , even though I take it seriously and learn every day I feel like it's a very slow progress so far. But I wold love to learn more about plants in Japanese, once I can understand some more 😊💚 Greetings from Germany
Hi Jane, Yes I do! I sell my plants locally through an online marketplace similar to ebay or facebbook marketplace. I usually sell the plants in those small pots and then the customers can repot whenever they want. It depends heavily on the plant, when it will need a repot. Syngonium and Monstera Adansonii for example are prolific root growers, other plants like Philodendrons have quite delicate root systems and won't need a repot as soon. Have a great day & thank you for the kind words 💚😊
I really like your channel but another one I really enjoy is "Really Big Plant" - she doesn't have rare plants but I kinda like the vibe of the videos and her uplifting mood 😊
Ok, I really need to know what was in your chiapudding😮It looked delicious😋 I'm eating every morning chiapudding and bread, but it never has looked so good than yours😂
Yes it was 😅. I might have went overboard and indulged in some frozen Raspberries, white joghurt, Peanutbutter, Oats and some Nutella to make it less healthy :D:D Honestly I don't know if it's fair to call it Chia pudding anymore 😂😂😂
17:12 short ultralativ vibes ❤. My guess at beginning was 67. Lets See if thats even remotely close to the actual pottings 😅 One of my favs you didnt mention (except from yourself obviously) is btw SydneyPlantGuy. Really informative guy
I don't get what do you mean with short ultralativ vibes... please help 😅😅😅. 67 wasn't a bad guess but also not the closest. 😉 Of course I forgot Sydney Plant Guy, his mature plants are so beautiful. Although I don't really watch his youtube videos, I follow him on Instagram mostly.
Will do Katarina! I already have a ton of footage from the past months I only need to edit it into a cohesive video. It's up there on my to do list. Please have patience 😉💚
Hmmm it might be the exact pots I use are only available in Germany or the EU. I'm sorry Nancy. I found these on the US Amazon maybe you can access these.www.amazon.com/dp/B0BKZVF85D/ref=sr_1_105_sspa?__mk_de_DE=%C3%85M%C3%85%C5%BD%C3%95%C3%91&crid=3NSPCW5T1RVRS&keywords=nursery+pots+for+plants+7x7&qid=1696934562&sprefix=nursery+pots+for+plants+7x7%2Caps%2C217&sr=8-105-spons&sp_csd=d2lkZ2V0TmFtZT1zcF9tdGY&psc=1
Hi Susi, momentan bin ich viel unterwegs, und dazu dann auch noch krank gewesen. Ich hoffe ab nächste Woche wieder zeit für den Shop zu haben, also hoffentlich bald ^^ Grüße aus Berlin 😉
So, your accent is undecipherable. Your idioms and conversational grammatical errors are US (fewer vs less, so fun (should be so much fun). Your pronunciation is somewhat UK (monfs vs months, etc). What's your history as far as where you have lived, studied, grown up?
Haha, thanks for the interesting analysis Katie😅Are you a language teacher of some sort? I am A Czech person raised in Germany so these are my first languages. From 5th to 13th grade we were taught English at school. That's the British-English influence. I believe the US influence is purely from watching RU-vid, movies, series, music, etc. I sometimes notice in my scripts that I'm mixing it up a lot (e.g. favourite vs. favorite or using words like flat instead of apartment) but I don't think I can adequately detangle those two anymore. I never stayed in the UK for an extended amount of time and I haven't been to the US at all so far.
So much fun!! Thanks for writing back! No, I don't teach language, but I love language and grammar. I'm actually a nurse practitioner. Your RU-vid is great! I watch a lot of plant people, but you are the first person to show the propagation boxes. Totally Amazon'd them immediately!@@LeafyLuster
Oh gosh, you're right I forgot Ashley, I really enjoy watching her videos! And obviously Sydney Plant Guy has the most amazing mature Plants 😍 I'll have to look up Xoxoplantgirl, haven't seen any of her videos yet 🤓. Thank you for the recs 💚
Thanks for another delightful video! I recommend your channel as one to watch for folks looking for planty RU-vid content! If you're still in need of some new content to binge I really enjoy @reallybigplant and @TheJungleHaven who are both great at being fun, lighthearted, and actually give helpful plant tips and advice.
I'l have to check out Plantlifelex, haven't seen any videos from them yet 😱 Thank you for for the recs, the others I already know, I would definetly count them in on the new wave of Planttubers. have a great day Silvie 💚
Love Memo from Houseplantygoodness, he is always interesting to watch and does a lot of researching to teach us planty things. Of course you. Claire from The Jungle Haven. Kevin, HakunaLaPlanta. Miro BasiePlants (Hoya). Svetlana from Fireflyintheroom. Jan, SydneyPlantGuy There are so many that I watch it’s hard to list them all lol. Hope that you find someone new from that list you may find interesting 💚
