I just became a ‘plant parent’. After returning from our holiday, all our plants got root rot and gnats. So I started googling, and tried to save them Unfortunately it’s probably my new adhd hobby, and I’m kinda realizing I’m way to impatient for it. Bought all the soil, tools, boxes. Repotted most kants, accidentally killed the peace lily my husband and I bought when we moved in together 😭. And I had my own existential crisis. But then I found your videos and they make me want to continue trying to save them. I have this huge monstera deliciosa that needs repotting. You would probably love it. My husband grew it from a cutting and six years later it’s massive. I wish I had you here to help me with it. So if you and your husband are ever in Antwerp let me know. 😉

My fiancé has lot's of these adhd hobbies too 😅.Oh no, having to troulbeshoot all of your plants at once is always overwhelming, if you're a plant pro or not. I still remember the first time having thrips, having to shower ALL my plants , spraying them regularly and having to repot or cut down many. 😬 I'm getting PTSD just thinking about it. I think you can do it, step by step, maybe some plants will die, but the ones who survive you'll love even more! You can do it.

I don’t want my plant collection to get too out of hand, so anytime I have to chop, I will prop, but either to add to the mother plant, or to give away, I don’t need doubles or more of each plant, that’s just way too much work!!

Als deutscher ist dein Kanal echt eine Goldgrube. Hab hier genau dieselben Bedingungen wie deine Pflanzen und muss nicht stundenlang recherchieren, wie was auf mich zutreffen würde :D

Love your plant styling talent,all the quirky decorations and oh my,that cart is so beautiful and practical! I can so relate to you,you have to make a big mess before things get better.love how you coordinated the pots with the paintings. Learned so much from this video. Felt your pain. Hi Kristina! Loved seeing your collection close up...your plants are looking amazing as ever.....it is so refreshing to clean and rearrange.....I am glad you still have your blue star fern! It looks great :) I should try my anthurium in a darker spot.....there is a few plants that are not in the right spot per say....and my Gloriosum has been recently switched but as I was watching your video I was thinking to try putting it on top of the fridge.....mine is long! Haha I love when a few select people notice and know what this is about 😉. I'm a fan of the League of legends esports team. The little flag is a remnant of the 2019 world championship. Where g2 actually managed to get to the finale and then got smashed hard by fpx 🥲

I love your plant cart, it looks so pretty and perfectly arranged! Do you have any tips for pilea? Mine is in high light but I don't think it likes its substrate 🤔

Thank you so much Lilya 💚 Pilea can be so tricky, I don't know if I can truly help you here. I use general Aroid mix with a dash of Succulent mix ( contains Quartz sand). Still every winter mine all start losing leaves like crazy. I suspect it's a mixture of temperature & lower light as well as hours of light. If you have a grow light you might be able to combat that a little bit.

@@LeafyLuster Thanks! Mine stopped losing as many leaves once I started to water it more, I'll try swapping it to a gritty but chunky mix in Spring and see how it fares :)

I had it for 3 years I think I don't do anything to it and it get's low light, I have repotted it twice now but other than that I guess just got lucky with a stress free plant 😅😁 It get's an ocassional splash of fertilizer and that's it.
