The first thing you’ll hear from a Decathlon Employee is, “ It’s the best company to work in “. but why?
The company REALLY cares about it’s employees
It kept paying all it’s employees including sales managers, who had no work to do during the Corona Virus pandemic. When literally all it’s sources of income were shut down along with the stores. which is the only source of their income.
Nobody was fired, given that it’s a retail company. Which lost crores together during the lock-down. It took all the hit and made sure that it’s employees weren't effected.
What’s more fun about a company than this? Happiness. and yes if you love sports and are serious about building a career. This company is the best!.
Also, it Depends, on your definition of fun. Your coworkers will be polite and like minded.
You have to stand for more than eight hours and are required to have a smiling face.
Now, you will get to see like minded individuals and everyone will carry the same passion of sports as you do, if you do.
It’s not easy, but it's fun if you are ready to face everything.
In my personal opinion, if someone want to study MBA or business related or entrepreneur, they can join in decathlon learn more and more.
