jammy, thank you so much for sharing your experience with us. as someone who shares the same sentiments as you (and followed you because of that), i truly understand the journey and your feelings that you are telling us and i know how hard it is to share since its such a personal thing to do. Much awaited Q&A!!! Thank you Jammy! You are my happy pill right now and inspire me so much specially with weight lost. I have gained so much weight when I gave birth to my daughter 5 years ago, and can understand when you emphasized your weight fluctuates too. I felt like I was able to connect with someone just by listening to your story and felt like I am not alone. And yes, definitely no to body shaming!!! I get frustrated with those who continue to do body shaming specially with women. Like enough is enough. Thanks for being so raw and honest about your weight loss journey, Jammy! I love that you did acknowledge na hindi siya instant journey and that you also received treatments outside diet and exercising. I hate influencers who seem to only highlight 'good' ways of losing weight, without acknowledging their privileges. Tas yung mga nag-eendose rin ng mga slimming pills/juices etc (which aren't proven to be healthy naman). I've gone through a lot of weight loss journeys as well and same with you - maraming beses na rin nagfail. I'm at my biggest weight at the moment and planning to start another journey soon. I'll be celebrating my birthday soon and feeling ko advance gift ko na siya sa sarili ko for my next one haha. I'm happy I got to watch this video! Fighting! ♥️

The most realistic weight loss journey I had been witnessed so far! It's true. Never been easy but once you got just a tiny bit of a result it is indeed rewarding. Do not just be too hard on yourself. Hi Jammy! I want to share also that I started my journey to become healthier in 2022, and I agree that taking this path is no way near easy. So far, 10 months in and I've already lost 15 kilograms. It is definitely a very long process but yet so rewarding when you continue trusting the process. Surely, progress takes time to be visible and seen but you know in yourself, cause you could feel it, that progress is already taking place and all you just have to do is power through it-well easier said than done, and it will all go down to having the right people around you to support you all the way. thanks for being an inspiration to everyone-we who will start the journey and have started already. Hi, Jammy! Just wanna say as a fan, I'm so proud of you for sharing your weight-loss journey. I can absolutely relate coz since I was 17 yrs old up until now 26 haha my weight fluctuates like KRAZY!!! Di madali sobra esp since I was diagnosed na may PCOS. You just have to really find what method work best for you. On my case, cutting junks, fast food, sweets. Also, daily 500 jumps of skipping rope! I know it's hard!
