@@LeonieHallKeepClimbing Hi Leonie To be honest I have a bachelors in Human Resources and currently studying law.I want to be incubated and start my own HR company then convert it into a Law firm which specializes in Corporate and labour law?Is there any company or person I can communicate with to partner or a large HR company to incubate and show me the ropes of maintaining a good company.Im not against any violations I just want to be something in life.

Unfortunately you share the same desires as most jobseekers and create a barrier by believing outdated and destructive firms -often established on the ability to drive wages down, particularly for Black folk and women -can teach you anything about being 'market-courageous' for your future. Carefully consider the type of firms you would like to contribute to, research those establishing enduring and prosperous relationships with Black people. Unfortunately I deal mostly with those who deface human rights and use other's misery to profit. Find a Black owned firm as hungry yourself. If you wish to operate in law and human resources please be sure you know the term scaring all old law firms etc into a paralyzed silence: Monopsony Power - very illegal! I must also point out that whatever pay you agree to start at now, will become the one to establish the baseline for your future wage trajectory. Please be careful!
