Life Before Real Estate: My Career Change Story 

The best investment one can do right now is investing on real estate though stocks are good but ever since I swapped to real estate, I've seen so much difference.

I would like to point out that one can be an extrovert and shy. Introverts aren't necessarily shy - but often are. In a nutshell, introverts get their energy from alone time, extroverts get their energy from being with people. I'm an introvert who loves people, right up until I need some downtime to recharge!

Introvert here too! Psych major because I wanted to help others too, but I would've next thought I was going to fall in love with real estate! Yes, I can relate.

Real estate is by far the best business anybody can start and be in. The potential and lifestyle is what's most amazing to me and I underestimated how hard it may be (really just patience is what gets us), but it's so worth it. Love the story!

I just passed my state exam thanks to you and BC motivating me now I'm getting the money so I can get license I talked to a few brokers they're all want me to join their brokerage a lady from kw told me that she will have someone to show me to do the listing appointment in the office and one last thing she said the same thing that you and BC said that I can be successful in real estate even in a wheelchair. Thanks again

Hello Loida, could you post a new video to discuss your weekly schedule (from Monday to Sunday). And then compare it with what you really achieved? I don't understand how you can manage to do 3 hours of door knocking a day, (does it includes the driving, then entering it all in your data base). Do you include in the lead generation time your follow ups? How can you manage to go to appointments and then office work (offers, marketing etc...). Thanks

Your experience at your corporate job is exactly what happened to me. Watching your videos are so inspiring.

I'm in construction and I'm considering a change to real estate agent because I've always loved communicating with people and I've always loved watching the HGTV and real estate shows like Love it or List it, Property Virgins, ect. I feel I would have a leg up because for the last 20 years I've been a professional magician on the side because I live entertaining people and it's given me very strong people skills. The one thing holding me back is the commission based income, I scared of trying something new and having nothing to show for it after several weeks/months. Question to other people who made the switch to real estate, how did you deal with the sudden unpredictable nature of your income? Did you save a few months of expenses before to got started? Am I over thinking this? What sort of things should I look out for when making the switch to real estate?

Well I just started the California Real Estate courses and I am excited and nervous at the same time for being so young and interested in the business (I'm 18) and also for the long and mysterious path in front of me. All I know for now is that I am going to need patience and motivation.

Hi, im a medical assistant, going to school for business and In the process of getting my real state license. I’m a little nervous about it, I’m taking online classes. I just started yesterday. I need some guidance😬 should I do the two weeks classes that the school offers or should I just study online and do it alone? Also I will be working for a company that will open soon for the Dr I worked for before he decided to open his own real state company. He already took his broker license. He basically wants me to help him run the company and also do real state. The problem is I have no experience in real state.

I am new to your channel, and I relate to EVERYTHING you are saying! It's exactly what I am going through right now! I got my Bachelors degree in business marketing and I'm fresh out of college. I am working for a company (like I dreamed) with my own business cards and cubical, and I can honestly say I totally understand what you mean when you say the money isn't everything! I also wanted my MBA! Thinking that that is what is next to do! But I got my Real Estate licence last year (2018) and I am so eager to get into the field. Wow, so much relatable. Worked a high paying job I don't enjoy. It allowed me to travel the country and was project based. Literally all relatable. Now getting my RE license here in LA while saving money to start 2021

Heres something I'm always kinda curious about when I hear this "Send me a person and I will send you a referral fee". How legal is this? Is she only asking other licensed agents to send referrals? I'm under the impression you cannot give a referral fee to an unlicensed person.
