Excellent discussion, thank you. I am curious about the impact of timing on when we can turn our life around to making sure we stick to the healthy lifestyle choices. If we make the change in our 40s or 50s, does it still give us the lifespan expansion mentioned in the study, as opposed to living your whole life that way?
