I have been doing the presence practice, being aware of presence for many years, as much as i can during the day, alot!!!! But self realization not taking place 😭😭😭

@@shinrinyokumusic1808 thank you for your comment. Self realization will not take place as it’s not an event. Stop….. notice the presence….. notice existence….. the very noticing is Being your true nature. It is recognition of the presence which is always here. I hope this helps. @@amandatweed thank you. I understand, but there is always maintance involved. Even though there can be days when there is abidance in presence without any effort. But it would be nice if one day I would not have to do that anymore and that suffering will end
