Yo, the "I drink coffee before bed so I can focus on sleeping" is what I actually do. I tend to sleep well after drinking coffee, and I don't even know why 😭.
Caffeine does tend to dehydrate you, which can lead to feeling tired. Folks with ADHD also sometimes find stimulants help them focus because the increase of certain chemicals their brain is producing.
The burt toast one actually works, o watched a video about it a while ago where he made a de-toatser using a type of mister/humidifier to add moisture back into the toast

bruhhhhh how is this so accurate!!? My gf constantly does shit like this and I have no idea how she's not dead broke or just plain dead. Just last month she panicked and spend $270 on a pdf textbook for her class, but bought the wrong edition!! So then she bought a physical textbook for like $200 that was.. AGAIN, the wrong edition!!! But didn't tell me for a while, and when she did, boom, 3 seconds using Zlibrary I had the right one for free. pfft ughhhhhhhhhhhh
