First season was okay, but when I watched the rest and especially the last one, as a manga reader I for the first time felt the pain in my 🍑 and was totally disappointed (*꒦ິ꒳꒦ີ) TG:re deserved better. If I hadn’t read the manga before I would not understand the half of the story. They messed up the plot, lost many important events, it looks like they were in a hurry and instead of original read short recap
i wish i could say that but I found it only this year. If I watched it in 2014-2016 or so with the other few animes that have had a deep deep impact on me I'm sure it would mean so much. Nonetheless though, I keep coming back to these edits and probably will for a while
Sui Ishida cooked so unbelievably hard, Tokyo Ghoul is such a pinnacle series and it is such a shame it came to and end. TG will forever be my Number 1.
I haven't read the manga And I watched the anime a long time ago. I don't remeber the black hair guy being in the anime? Did they change the manga that much?
@@nobored451 Are you talking about Nimura Furuta? Incredibly important to the show, arguably one of the most important. He was introduced in :Re, and is involved in many important groups, and major events throughout the show. You’ll have to read/watch it to see what specifically he’s a part of just to understand the magnitude of his character within the story. Anime specifically, he’s much more active in :Re Part 2 as Part 1 is the buildup of Haise, his team and his place within the CCG while also seeing the aftermath of his ghoul remnants post S2E12. I will leave you with a simple word that you’ll understand once you’ve caught up “Dragon”
