Thank you VERY much for this wonderful reaction. 😀 I SO wish that there had been RU-vid when my own siblings and I were growing up. We performed with our parents, in singing, dancing, and whatever was going on for whatever celebration in our tiny town of Old Valdez. It would have been really fun to have been able to get everything on film. My sister and I have a few of the old photos that were taken here or there, but not much other than those few things. My own kids were the same way. One of the things that both my brother, and then my oldest son in later years loved to do, with the barbershop quartet groups they joined, was to go street-corner singing. One time, Jim (my son) and his friends helped an older lady across a busy street, while they sang to her. Such fun! One of the things we've ALL enjoyed over the many years, is Christmas Caroling with other family groups. The harmonies are always SO great when you get family members singing together. Again...thank you for this. 😀

Jimmy, the best performance always is a simple one IMO. It just takes huge talent, love, humbleness and simplicity to present great music best - without any spectacular staging or fantastic lighting or outlandish costumes and decorations, noisy fan crowds to draw attention away from the music itself. There are a few of such selfless and soul-giving musical angels on your channel as you well know and this beautiful, humbly pious and vocally blending trio is one of them. They bring love, happy feelings, peace and calmness into this uneasy, violent and imperfect world. But unfortunately they don't get enough views they deserve from audience accustomed to showy and noisy spectacles with grandiose staging and roaring crowds. Also great thanks to your wife for being a fan to such beautiful musical people.

Jimmy, I was really interested in what you had to say about Leonard Cohen's lyrics jumping from one biblical story to another. I hadn't noticed that, perhaps I should listen to lyrics more closely.
