Darwin has changed a lot in the last 20 years. One amazing beautiful place that served me well for 15 years. You can reinvent yourself untill you find what's right fot yourself. Expensive housing has kicked in but some good money to be found if you want it
Fact....Darwin has less than 30% indigenous population yet they make up over 90% of the prison population. Those numbers are very hard to defend, anywhere in the world.
