Loved the video. I think being in upper Maui might have acclimated too much being cooler up the mountain and Maui trades. Food looks good. One of my recent new RU-vidrs, a young woman, Dobby showed drinking soju in a shot glass in a korean beer, which seems to be a thing for the younger Koreans. I would hope if you check out her site and try her restaurant to see your thoughts, since she is a young Korean foodie along her chef bf, they might enjoy having you visit their restaurant in Korea. Thank you for sharing & glad I’m travelling to SK in the cooler season. After living in Australia for 6yrs & Greece for 6mths, the heat was too much, so I could only imagine how hot it is there. I really like these videos! I've always liked the videos that you two create (and enjoying the many great recipes and dishes you present), but as I hope to one day visit Jeju with my wife of 35+ years when we take a nice, long vacation to Korea (when it's cooler though!), it's great to see these "previews" of some of the areas that we might be able to get to see! I also really like that you are including captions in both English and Korean, too. I started teaching myself Korean last year, and although I have LONG way to go, pausing your videos so I can read your Korean sentences and know what they mean in English is helping me in that area, too! 정말 감사합니다!! 😊

Well I would say you handled the heat better than I would,lol. The views were stunning and the food looked tasty, but I know vacation spots can be expensive. Since,I have watched kdrama's that were filmed on Jeju Island the sights are familiar. It's really nice to have you give a walking tour. I hope you and your husband got the chance just to relax. I get the sense being content creator's has its own challenges. Since,I watched this video many days after it was released I hope you can find peace of mind dealing with the tragic events in Maui.

Wow, you guys are having fun exploring the local restaurant offerings! Too bad it isn’t cooler and breezier along the water’s edge. I can’t believe how much food you guys can pack away! Nothing you can order in a restaurant could hold a candle to your own cooking, Seonkyoung- it’s not surprising you think it’s just average. Have a great adventure and hope it cools off! Maybe you will find a beach where you can cool off in the water. Wouldn’t that be nice!

I reduced how much I eat per meal and that's been a huge help. I eat like 1/3 of the amount that I used to eat during plant-based time. (I had to eat more when I was plant-based so I won't go hungry every hour 😅)

Am so looking forward to our retirement life in Indonesia, too. That be a lot of total relaxing trips to do without time restrictions (... only money restrictions) 😅 but I think we can manage living on pension money in Asian countries, not in USA, especially HI 🙈 We just don't wanna be a working life slave until we die without enjoying life so, off we go retired by the end of next year 🤞❤
