Drinking black coffee is the best pre-workout drink ☺️ I go to a Cross Fit gym and most of us drink pure, black coffee 30-45 minutes before our workout. It’s natural and will last longer than those sugary pre-workout drinks

Yes i've been wanting to talk about this! the main 3 things... #1 SUNCREAM... lots of sunscreen before going in the water #2 DEEP FACE CLEANSING after to get all of the gunk off of my face and #3 HAIR TREATMENT in the shower to keep my hair as healthy as possible :)

Loved this vlog! I am so impressed with your ability to just move to a foreign country and live as you do. I'm not sure I could have done that in my 20's . . . and I'm pretty sure I could not do so now that I am older! There would have to be a really big carrot on the end of the stick for me to attempt what you have done. You are really amazing. I bet your parents are amazed by you, too.
