That looks like Silverlake Los Angeles, beautiful boho town, out of most places I lived in LA Silverlake was one of the safest to be out and about compared to other most places in LA that are so unsafe to even walk outside the home.

Omg I have the exact same camera set up! lol 😆 The lens doesn't have stabilization so I have to use it with a gimbal... I wish I could use it without but the footage is so shaky and it irritates me! Anyway... I love your videos so much and I'm totally into this appreciation for finding the joy in life's simplicities! xo

Next time hike Chantry Flats to the Sturtevant Falls. Very relaxing hike with lots of shade once you reach the main trail. You'll see lots of cabins built in the early 1900s and streams along the way. Another hike is Abalone Cove trail in Rancho Palos Verdes. Abalone Cove has some really nice tide pools with starfish, sea slugs, sea anemones, etc.

It looked like your sauce separated a little.. it was maybe a little too high heat, and a little pasta water whisked in helps a lot.. As for the poached egg.. I find it easer to use a pan instead of a pot, with high sides and enough water to cover the egg.. and the water should be a soft simmer, and cooked no longer than 3 min.. honestly I never time it, I just go by looking to see if all my egg whites are cooked, then I know I’ll get that oozy yoke
