Is it help? I moved to states 9 months ago and I am trying to improve my language skills. I started to read English books and listen at the same time. I hope it will help me :)

Hi there! Welcome to my channel - so nice to hear that you enjoy my videos :) So funny - I did the exact same thing in order to improve my English: I read and listened at the same time! You could even go one further and read on the kindle app on your phone (while listening on audible) - in the kindle app you can highlight things in different colours: I used one colour for new words -> these words I would then make into flash cards later on. A few other things that helped me a lot were: (1) book clubs, (2) watching only English shows on Netflix (3) DeepL.com (4) grammarly (I still use both websites/tools at work haha). I hope that's somehow helpful - you got this!

I’d love to know how your home is coming along and the changes you’ve made. I’d also love to know where your fridge is located? I have a small kitchen too but it’s far from useful or well designed. Need to do something to make it efficient and beautiful as it’s part of the home we may be spending the most time in. Keep up your very beautiful curated content❤
