Ugh yes to casual hangs! I just moved back to LA from NYC and I’m starting over with my friend group, and am getting overwhelmed at the thought of finding those good gal pals!

I totally understand and can relate to what you said about families and traditions changing. I’ve experienced a lot of that over the past few years and it’s sad to recognize the change. But like you, I’ve made new traditions with my husband and for myself. Enjoy the transition as we age it can be really beautiful.
