I know a guy who lives in this city. He called it the burbs and that it's kind of mind-numbing.
We are driving around the south area in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. The starting point is on Citadel Drive, quite close to Shaughnessy Street.

Around a million bucks on average. $700,000 on the very low end and then some of the bigger/newer places up in Citadel Heights can be 1.5million or more.
