As someone with critically shortage healthcare degree and experience (MLT ) I came to BC as student and I got very disappointed with the amount of red tapes in healthcare sector so sadly I will be moving to Saskatchewan as it is more straight forward process. Definitely gonna miss the breathtaking views of BC as I think BC is the most beautiful place on the planet.

Well, I really want to try Canada one day, but most of People I met are saying this... "Everyone is leaving Canada even native/citizens 1,500$ for Minimum Monthly Rent with 3~5 roommates 1,500$ for Minimum Monthly Foods, Transportation,Insurance, etcs - 'Minimum Monthly Survive fee' And you have to pay Tax, Work Life balanced life will not make you able to 'survive' in Canada, You will have to make 30$ an hour just for surviving" is what I heard from almost every Canadians Would it be better in the future?

here the thing, if you come from like middle class and your passport is not strong enough you could be grateful to live in Canada, especially Metro Vancouver, but if you rich enough then either stay where you are or move to cheap country like Vietnam, Thai, or Indonesia. Oh Canadian leaving but still, they have strong passport, they can move around the world
