I love seeing just how many roadside plants we have in common. In some of the shots I could almost swear you were filming here in Hawai'i. We seem to grow a lot of the same things and it makes me happy to think I would feel right at home if I ever visited your village 😊 Aloha from beautiful Pahoa, big island Hawai'i
I am from Luoland and I have been to Hawaii, Maui , Kauai and Oahu. The plants are very similar because both are tropical regions. Even the fruit tastes equally delicious
Love your videos. They are so serene. The big yellow bananas you used in the smoothy I think are plantains. You can boil, fry or roast them. Thank you for your lovely videos.
Yesssss Jael, I am loving the early morning walking and jogging you have added to your lifestyle- consistency is key and a little every day or every other day goes a long way. Your cows are so very beautiful and it was a pleasure meeting momsie who looks just like you. Thank you and see you in the next ❤❤
Hi Jael, it’s great that you have started exercising. It will only get better. Thanks for the intro to your mom, it’s always nice to spend memorable time with your loved ones. That fish looks amazing. You can mix the peanut shells with the soil in your flower pots. It helps to aerate the soil.
Hi Nyako, I am back after five weeks of media world break and I can’t wait to go your videos and enjoy viewing your beautiful home and village. I really enjoy and admire what you do. Be blessed my lovely friend and much love from me❤😍
What an absolute relaxing and beautiful day I have spent with you in the village. Like you, for the New Year, I am taking charge of my fitness as well. Nice meeting your mom---you have a lovely and proud family. Must respect to your parents. Forever in love with the village life. ❤❤❤❤🏃♀🏃♀🏃♀🏃♀The Rose 🌹
@Jael you have made me salivate for a taste of the fish. Last time I was in Kisumu I enjoyed it as I worked at the Jumuia guest house interiors. Now I wish to visit our beautiful Kisumu city. Good job. I’m living in the country side through you for now😊
I just had my lunch and yet I was drooling while watching you eat that tilapia! I have on several occasions enjoyed that meal by the lake and so I know just how the flavours hit the spot! All the best with your cardio jogging. Intense fast-paced walk (with shoulder-high fist swing) also does it for me. If anything, let's do it for heart health 💟
Jael, you're a genius. I don't know what makes your channel stand out from most. All I can say is that each time I view your channel, it's like I've experienced a nice visit tagging along with you for the day or lounging around lazily enjoying a simple meal or snack. If you're not gonna eat all of your fish Mom,....... just saying..
Good to see you started some exercise, I am glad that you are reaping the benefits and experiencing it first hand, sleeping and feeling better while appreciating nature. I bet you will get hooked. Keep it up
Hallo Jael.. exercise is very good for the body ..think it's the high time now for those of us who were waiting for next year to start 😂 Happy to see your mum and she looks very young that means you're taking good care of her.
I love roasted shelled peanuts with a little sea salt. So good. I have always started back my exercise routine ... my BMI is a bit high. We have got to keep moving.
If you have a compost heap, add those peanut shells to it. Peanut shells contain carbon which acts as energy source for microorganisms that aid in breaking down compost
Great to see you jogging, I am a runner too.keep at it and you will see such progress in your fitness.also please show us the progress on the flower bed at grandma's house
Beautiful vid as always. I can’t think of anything to do with peanut husks except to compost them or use them to light fire 😊 I’d so make peanut butter with those fresh peanuts, no additives at all home made peanut butter is delicious. Spread it on toast plus egg(s) = protein rich breakfast to help you along with the weight loss journey 💪🏾
Hmmm groundnuts, my grandparents used to grow plenty and I love it, do you eat the young leaves too? It’s so good. Am so glad you started the jog and walk, do stretching too as it helps with flexibility. After a while you will be see how good you feel physically and mentally. Be blessed my sister, mom is looking good and happy. looking forward to next video. ❤️
Hi Jael. It's good to see you exercising, it's really good for the body. And those fruits, for your smoothie are also my favourite. I add two table spoons of flaxseed flour for protein in my smoothies. It's lovely to see your mom, my dear. Thank you for the video.
I grew up cutting nappier grass for our cow and yes chopping them reduces wastage Kwanza the stalk part cut it smaller. Am joining you soon in exercise, I need to lose a tonne of body fat. Like I always say, you are my therapist ❤
Hi! As always, these videos of ushago (county) are so exciting and refreshing to watch. Such beautiful sites, I love your compound. As for napier grass, it's use is supplimentation and helps as animal feed during milking sessions. Hay or grass is actually what increases milk production. Milk production also depends on how recent (or not) a cow gave birth. Many thanks again for the videos.
Hello, 👋🏽beautiful divine Queen Jeal ✨️💐🫶🏽🤗those peanuts girl. You can do wonders with those peanuts shells, Keep them unopened. And. boil them in salt water. They are delicious, roast them in the oven. They are delicious!!!!👍🏾😉 6:09
Yes jael,am a medic n we really try n educate the masses on these,I see people eating like these n I just say hope they are after the sweetness n not nutrition value, fruits taken with milk n also vegetables, calcium in the milk inhibits the uptake of iron n other nutrients found there.its advisable to take them separately,n a time allowance of about 4hours to allow absorption to have taken place.
Napier grass it's what we feed our animals too, it does wonders actually it has got many uses every stage of it is useful, we rarely grow groundnuts since our soils not favourable though i know how it's grown, it's shells you can use them for manure especially in banana plantation but they take long time to decompose. One thing i like about Countryside is self sufficient much love from Uganda. I always watch your videos just to calm down after along day your soothing voice is a Therapy greetings to Mum
please Jael can you pin your mobile number again. the other time i saw you posted it i had just arrived in my house and was very tired. please post it again. thank you.
