Hello friends!
It's been a while since our last upload. The Christmas Season was really a very busy time for us, but yet the most happy and joyful one. My highlight in particular is the food preparation and Christmas shopping of gifts for family.
For the year Y2023, we learned cooking food that we come to love. It has always been our goal to learn how to cook a certain dish at home if we come to love it. Those that have made it to our list are Bolognese Pasta and Baby Back Ribs. Cooking the food took us about 3 days. Though it can be done in a day, we just didn't want to exhaust ourselves on the day of Christmas Eve. The food we prepared are : Bolognese Pasta, Baby Back Ribs, Chicken Croquette and Chicken Macaroni Salad.
We celebrated Christmas with our families. We usually celebrate it all together, but since the pandemic, we got accustomed celebrating it separately. Hopefully we can adjust and prepare the logistics next Christmas so we can celebrate it all together again.
