Life in the Philippines Series Cooking and Baking (Filipino dishes and some of our favorite non-Filipino dishes) Travels Children’s Toys Product Reviews Cycling in the Philippines
Hi, i just watched your product review. How do we know when the water level reach minimum and need topping up? Does it have an indication MIN & MAX water level?
Hi! It doesn't seem to have a min/max mark, but what I usually do before I start ironing is I check the water tank if there is still water (please see my video at time 9:18), if I don't see water, I refill it right away (just enough that I see the water level). Make sure as well to always use distilled water. Using distilled water prevents scaling, since tap water (which has minerals) may diminish the performance of your steam iron. We are happy so far using our steam iron, been with us for about 3 months already 😊
Hi! I was able to understand your comment through auto translate of youtube in the comment section. Sorry, I can only do English subtitles. My overall experience on the Tefal Steam Iron, is good and it is really very convenient to use, make sure though to use distilled water. Hope this comment will as well be translated to Arabic 😊
@@thebike-work-homeclub4187 Thank you, my dear, for explaining the caustic iron. I had been hesitating for months to buy it, and I was also confused about which company was better (Tefal or Philips), but after watching the method of installing and using the caustic iron, I bought it directly. I appreciate your time and your interesting explanation, which helped me a lot. Thank you. (I also used Google Translate to write a binary for you)
Hi! If you'll take the train from the airport (Changi Terminal 4), as I checked in Google Maps, it will take you more than hour, marami kase syang train transfers. It is better if mag taxi nalang, since travel time will take about 30 minutes only and less the hassle considering you have luggages with you. The taxi will bring you na sa door ng reception area of the resort, which is really very convenient. I'm not sure if they accommodate walk-ins, I think they do naman, but it is better to book ahead to make sure that you will be accommodated since I think madalas sila fully booked 😊
@@thebike-work-homeclub4187 thank you so much for this po..just one more thing if nakapag swimming poba kayo sa dagat? Kasama ba siya sa accomodation niyo po Or sa pool lang? Thank you so much po sa time🤍
Hi! Sorry for responding late. We only passed by sa dagat, pero di kami naka swim. Free access naman yung beach, anyone can go there, even if you are not checked-in sa Siloso Beach Resort 😊
Why it's called "New Balance", it's Nike right? Think the shortform of a vulgar is that? The place looks so calm, is there fishing place nearby? How far is it from woodlands checkpoint? Is there alot of housing nearby this? Thinking of a delivery company "spot". Foodpanda is there looks alive means it's okay I think? Is it near beach?
Hi! What is noted in their email confirmation is check-in is 5pm (1700H), but they allow early check-in at no cost, as long as (I think) there are available rooms. We arrived at the hotel 1pm ata, and they allowed us mag early check-in 👍🏻
Hi! Breakfast is not included. We usually buy our breakfast sa 7/11, which is very near sa hotel, about a minute walk lang. We made a vlog too about where we buy our breakfast, if you want to see how close 7/11 is sa hotel 🙂
Yes, I recalled that it has a window behind the curtains. Our room though is located at the side of the building where it doesn't face the street, so no nice view. If you plan to stay there, maybe request for a room with a nice view :)
Hi! We booked one month before our trip sa Agoda, it costed us Php 6,600 per night (taxes included). For 4 persons na yung room, super sulit kse malaki ung room and malinis. It is best if you can book early, mas mura sya :) If may kasama kayo na kids, take note that they consider as adult count na ung 7 years old and above. Though they seem to don't mind, better be sure to book the right room capacity na rin :)
Hi! It is located in Pampanga. We just used Google Maps when we went there. Type in "My Lola Nor's 301". Make sure that you type in the 301, since there is another Lola Nor's in another location (also in Pampanga). Hope this helps :)
Hi! You mean skipping the boiling step then grilling it right away? Yes pwede naman, that's how I cook it before. Pero I end up cutting a part of the bottom since di sya na grill ng maiigi, kaya I boil it muna to save that little part of the bottom of the eggplant :)
May kamahalan ang mga ulam nila, I guess you'll also be paying for the ambience & experience. You can get the same taste or better for less the price sa iba pang kainan around Pampanga.
Hi! Yes, aside sa masarap ang food, nagustuhan namin ung ambiance and service as well, I guess thats why its a bit pricey than the other restaurants there in Pampanga. Kindly recommend restaurants in Pampanga, para in our next trip pa north may mga target na kami kainan 😊
