This is great and the rebbetzin makes some salient points. However, these tips do not work if you've been depressed or anxious for a long time. I recommend therapy and/or medication plus what the Rebbetzin is advising in order to turn your thoughts around.
According to Kabbalah, depression and anxiety come from external evil forces and are NOT given as a test from heaven. Regardless of the suggestion it gives in the texts for fixing the issue, you are correct in saying that different tactics are needed than what are mentioned here. What is said here is meant for someone who psychologists would classify as Neurotypical when coming in contact with the day to day challenges that everyone faces on a routine basis; career issues etc.
@@michaelserebreny454 Read the book of Job - HaShem used satan to TEST Job. Satan is a mere TOOL in the Hands of HaShem, used as His Malach (messenger). There is no OTHER force/ entity ‼️ Isaiah 45:6 so they may know, from the rising to the setting of the sun, that there is no one besides Me. I am HaShem - there is no other. 7 I form light and create darkness. I make shalom and create calamity. I, HaShem, do all these things.
@@shirleyannelindberg1692 please don’t disappoint me now and anyway if the sun and moon stand apart then a large mountain is sure to cast its shadow upon the Southern Continent, I’m not really worried about it. One; two.... neither both nor neither, what’s the difference?
@@shirleyannelindberg1692 ..... I do fear for those in the West, though, Shirley; almost Sunrise. Say, do you think tomorrow will be Christmas or Chanukah? Will we bake bread: or shout “shiver me timbers!?” Cmon, let’s see how well you know these steps; dance with me 💃
