I’ve only recently started following you, but I couldn’t be more excited. When you think about all of the things over the years that you’ve always wished you could make a little tweaks to or improvements with your print shop, fish store, or even just living arrangements; this now gives you a chance to implement those changes before you move in as it is more difficult to make changes while buildings are in use. I would take the opportunity to make sure that all your doorways and bathrooms are wide enough for wheelchairs and what not because nobody’s getting any younger.
Jason, that is AWESOME so happy for you man. This is a huge life change yes, and you mentioned your stress level, just keep your excitement level above the stress level and it will all go well. This is also an excellent opportunity to do a huge “spring cleaning” for your business, home and fish room. Looking forward to seeing update videos on your journey/process!

I certainly relate. I live over in Collin County (east side of DFW) and I don't even like driving into Richardson 1 day a week. People are really getting ruthless. As a side note Grahm is about ~150 mile straight shot from where i'm at down 380. So hoping that if I get to buy some stuff from you in the coming months that shipping will be fairly quick since it's local-ish.
