Honestly I soo get you! I have had soo much life change, loss and disappointment in the last year. I have really tried to just enjoy the little things and strip back my life. Your vlogs are a huge part of my routine and something i genuinely look forward too. It always feels like i’m just catching up with a friend. I agree with living in the moment and life is short . I’ve been a sole caregiver for my mum 23 years now, I’m only 29yrs old so I have never had a life, I constantly put everyone else first on matter what. The stress physically and mentally and emotionally has affected my health majorly now so I decided to take a step back this year which I have about 30% so far, to find who I am and finally have some kind of life. I want to be selfish for the 1st time in my life. So I went away last week to a caravan holiday with my new in training assistance dog, van was £130 for 5 days and I only spent £70 on food) wasn’t a lavish getaway but I done it alone and I’m proud even though my health took a turn and I’m still trying to recover. Now thinking of my next ‘ME’ moment. To do this year

I just love how refreshing your vlogs are, they are so different to all the other RU-vidrs I watch and are just a breath of fresh air! Part of life is advancing in thinking and knowing how to get through life’s challenges those help us mature! Because you have very balanced parents I never fear you will fall off the deep end! Because your Mom would be knocking down your door - getting in your face- and she would confront you and help you get through life’s trials! I’m imagining Sophie would be with her! Those two are fa force of greatness!!! And your dad is so proud and supportive of you! I know and recognize RU-vid has been good for your career but I could agree with you it can be daunting - concerning and time consuming! It’s very difficult to stand “Balanced” in life! Live -Laugh- Love but under your view of life not your subscribers!!! Your beautiful- intelligent- sexy- and have travelled the world- experienced several luxury trips- been contracted by big companies and have been given a lot of free items through the years…. Things your average young lady will never ever experience! Plant flowers but don’t forget to stop and smell them!!! Stay true- truthful- and exceed your own expectations by relaxing and being you! I'm so thrilled to hear you say you recognize what a blessing it is to have friends to travel with or do the simple day-to-day things with. It's so important when you live alone. I'm 35 and moving halfway across the US to be near my family because I don't have those friendships. My close friends are in a totally different space in life. It also hit home when you said you don't want to be biding your time until the next thing. I have to constantly remind myself to live in every day instead of willing away the week just waiting on the weekend. ❤❤❤

I've been struggling a lot lately. My mental health has taken a dive and it's been hard holding myself together. I've struggled with depression since I was a child and I feel as though I need to talk with someone about it. But it's hard when I feel like I don't deserve the help because I know there are others out there that have it worse than me. I guess what I'm trying to get out is that my goal for myself is to take a step forward and talk with a professional and not back out because I don't have it as worse as some.
