I love how Chloe tries pretty unconvincingly to seem detached and lofty, while really enjoying herself tremendously. Before the Storm Chloe was so cute.
@@Alluratheenchantress im 99% sure that the person that wrote the comment already knows that, they're talking about katy benz's voice acting development.
13:54 "I actually feel sad right now." I love that line. It shows how powerful pen-and-paper RPGs can be and how strangely attached you can get to the characters that you play.
This game was amazing due to this part I love how they remembered ol Steph and not only saved her or Mickey from dying in the Storm they also got her back in True Colours ❤️👍🏻
Because thats what a good DM does.. Always let the players roleplay the situation and rewarding them with a Bonus to the roll, or advantage or automatic success.. Roleplaying is always better than rolling dice. Chloe did great, and got a bonus
I don't exactly know how the timeline in true colors works (as far as I've heard, it follows an alternative timeline Max created... somehow), but we know Mikey shows up in the DLC, and Steph is the main character of the DLC, and Rachel and Chloe are listed in the credits. I really hope we get to play DnD with Steph, Mikey, Rachel and Chloe.
It might tie into the LiS comics. There's an alternate timeline that Max jumps into where Rachel's alive and Chloe's with her. In both that timeline and Max's original one, Chloe is connected to a Seattle-based band called the High Seas (she's commissioned to draw their logo). When they go on tour, Steph's at the final venue in an organizational capacity. And Steph mentions in True Colors that she still knows some people in Seattle in regards to music stuff, so...
Timeline wise, Steph had moved away from Arcadia Bay already by the time LiS1 happened and was apparently traveling with a band. Eventually stopping at Haven Springs where one things leads to another and she decides to stay. Eventually the events of True Colors happens.
@@oxfanblink4115 🤣 yeah man, chloe a lil rebel even before she met rachel..and steph loved that coolness about her...didn't steph have a crush on rachel, or was it chloe?🤣
Yeah 🤣 Won’t be surprised if both have a crush on Rachel since she’s a badass as well as genuinely nice seemingly. Or if Steph has a secret crush on Chloe with how she enjoys time with you if you spend some with her
@@oxfanblink4115 haha facts yeah I knew steph was flirting with chloe or trying to figure out if chloe likes rachel or not and yes, Rachel is like gravity her character and va are perfect she's so meserizingly inviting 😜🥰😅
Ohhhh wow... I am dumb af... I thought Steph was a totally new character for true colors, because for me she was totally underrated. I forgot her completely... So I noticed her in the game, but she never played a big role for me.
What a shit DM honestly. She has one player who only uses one type of magic to attack and she lets his one trick pony character succeed all the way up until the point where he gets to the final boss that is just immune to the only thing he can use. That just feels like the kind of thing a spiteful DM does who thinks that the goal of D&D as the DM is to "win" by beating your players. Sure he did have one acid spell but there's no way one spell would have killed the boss. Not to mention she gives a 5% chance (a nat 1) for her players to cripple each other.
