Hi guys! I'm back. Welcome to a very unfiltered vlog. In this video I share what I got up to in Manila. Most of it was spending time with my family and close friends back at home and eating really great food. When I got back to Tokyo I was determined to get on my fitness grind and build myself an aerobic base. I mostly train in Zone 2 since I'm still very much a beginner. Two days out of the week I make sure to strength train in the gym to help support my running, too. :D
