Dr. Duc Vuong, world famous bariatric surgeon, returns with a new series where he reads a chapter from his favorite book "Too Soon Old. Too Late Smart" by Dr. Gordon Livingston. He applies the truths from each chapter to our everyday lives. Today's lesson is "THE MOST SECURE PRISONS ARE THOSE WE CONSTRUCT OURSELVES." Our prisons are constructed from the contradiction of our fears and our desire for things to happen the way we want them to happen. New episodes every Sunday and Thursday for this series.

Time passes by too quickly. Am 82…still same size and weight as at age 20…Tried to consume foods without toxicity and stayed away from alcohol and cigarettes. Pasture raised and organic/Biodynamic foods. All natural childbirth and breastfed children. But the age goes on and stem cells are not as strong as somewhere along the way I got LYME disease and it was not properly diagnosed. Only wish I can rebuild muscle and strength. Aiming for 100 years… But need help after. Having Covid…Don’t know why I’m not feeling well. Maybe a blood analysis can determine where the Lyme is hiding out in my body…Glad I have found your podcast again…I’ve lost contact and happened upon your show at last…🌞✨🙏 Thank you Doc!!! P.S. You’re looking so healthy and strong. Great energy…

That’s sad. You should be able to have expectations in life. You should be able to trust other people and have expectations and have those expectations be met. If someone loves you, they should be there for you. I think people forget, we live in a tribe.

So basically when the law catches up with you, I’ll need you to remember that you constructed that prison for yourself. CRIMINAL.
