Have you ever heard of patients only being able to eat a few different foods after WLS? I had a bypass 2 years ago and can only tolerate a few foods. No meat. No fruits. No veggies. It's crazy!
I stumbled upon your channel during Covid, and really appreciated how you explained what was going on, and gave a truthful explanation medically of what was happening. It was a crazy time, and there was so much b.s. on the media networks, internet, etc. So thank you for your guidance during that time. Wow, powerful words and thoughts, for this Sunday morning, and quite frankly, very true, all of them. Very profound that once we let go of PERFECTION in all facets of our lives, not only do we become happier, we actually perform at a higher level than we thought was possible. The ability to accept that we all make mistakes, NO ONE is perfect, and how we rise after we fall, is the point.. Like you mentioned, so many of us nowadays, are preoccupied with status, not at all with the journey we take through life, the people we encounter, and how those experiences can change us. We need to stop making excuses for our problems/issues, and focus on the positive things in our lives, and start living for today.😊
Totally AGREE! I stumbled into the Doc like you did and waited for his updates loyally. The updates were broke down into words and pictures that even I understood! Happy day ALL!♡
