Dear sir n mam, kindly let us know how many times a banker can take transfer.....this is in regard if one of spouse's job location is not fixed and he/she has to shift from time to time then what's the maximum time the partner can apply for transfer.
I have a doubt about the training period.. 1. Does bank pay while giving training? 2. Is it necessary, to live in where the other students are living in, the training centre? 3. Do my city and the training city same? 4. If it's same,then can i live in,in the training center,instead of my own home?(the childhood dream)😅😅 5. Does bank charge for the training they are giving to us? And most importantly.. i have watched some videos of people saying that the training period was the best period of their banking life,is it really that much enjoyable period ? Hope you both answer my questions😅😅😅
1. Yes, bank pays you 2. Depends from bank to bank 3. Not necessarily 4. Again depends on bank to bank....Like Canara doesn't provide accommodation to locals whereas Union Bank does. 5. No, bank instead pays you.

Apart from the points you discussed, please also share if female bank workers get considerable period leaves in extreme cases. I know this issue doesn't normally get enough attention, but I really want to know what to expect if and once I get the job.

bank job is comparably better than other govt jobs’ ..u get festial loans . vehicle loans . housing loans on cheaper rates . fast promotions . every five years salary pay commission equivalent bipartite settlement . work pressure is there but where is no pressure ? compare salary of po and and any person of other govt dept who just started off…dont just see salary …see benefits also mentioned . ctc is on higher side…at a point u may even see that sdm salary is less than banker salary …yes power is more with sdm…there are faster promotions in bank…u can make it to chairman and finance secreatry or rbi governor or deputy governor or can b placed at international banking bodies also. comparably u wont get faster promotions in any other department except upsc which is quite another league… being a globalised economy banker plays an important role and is respected
I am working in government bank, mn 9-10 hours daily kaam krta hu, plus target n pressure, aur mn ye bata du, private bank me isse kam pressure hai kyu k wo log kam salary me zada log rakhte h.
Sir I have to ask if a person is having ews certificate of rajasthan state level not central level then he can apply the RRB from Rajasthan through ews certificate or not
