Dear Sir, Ma'am, Humara to wo wala stage aa chuka hai jaha humko fark nhi pdta posting kaha ho rhi hai😅 bs ho jaye kahi to. Aur regarding next video, I'd request a video regarding DV and medical process. I have a confusion, Non Creamy layer certificate 31st march ke pehle ki lagti ya baad ki. Sir I am Pursuing an MBA in Finance and parallelly preparing for banking exams, I have one doubt. (Suggestion for next video topic): As there are various departments in a bank. Such as Credit, Treasury, Sales, Forex, Risk Management, Investment Manager, HR, Legal, Risk / Compliance/ Audit, Investment banking etc... , 1. on what basis do banks assign departments to an employee 2. Can I choose my preferrable department 3. Is there any extra qualification required? 4. is there a policy regarding mandatory years in one department before switching? I've got more questions regarding departments and designation for the next video, but space is limited here. But I believe that you have already grasped the direction I am heading and you will take more questions about this topic in the next video.
