REALLY!? Have you seen History of the World Part One, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, or jabberwocky? You need to go see these movies right now if you enjoyed this and haven't seen them. Actually, I think those movies are much more fun than this one is. There are others like this that I cant think of right now.
I went to the theater to see this when it came out. Protesters were picketing out front. It was banned in some cities in the USA. I'm a Christian and still find it hilarious. Monty Python was the funniest comedy group to ever be.
Back in the 70s, we would watch Saturday Night Live and the midnight special and Monty Python flying Circus while smoking a joint with the flu open on the fireplace because we were 12 to 14 years old I was East Coast and came on very late. Have a good one.

It's an old story mate, we're stuck in a generational loop of sorts, there's nothing new under the sun. When did they try to put a womb in a man in the modern era? Answer that and it will be a little clearer. This has all happened before, many times.

The stoning scene always makes me laugh no matter how many times I have seen it. "You're only making it worse for yourself!" "Making it worse? How could it be worse?" Then when the stones start getting thrown....it just cracks me up!

By far the best film of all time. First saw it in Houston, 1980. It was banned in the neighbouring Bible Belt States. I was with a group of mostly Canadians, but a few Americans down the front laughed in all the wrong places.
Flipping the screen and cropping half of it off doesn't save you from copyright infringement. It doesn't do anything but ruin the movie for absolutely no reason.
@@antarctigcdragon2509 I can't watch it like this. That's the whole point. I feel sorry for people who are watching it for the first time. Almost half the screen is missing. Which means you are missing half of what is going on in the movie. I don't think anyone should watch it like that. It completely ruins the experience.
The comments do make up for it a little bit. I'm just listening to it in the background while trying to decide whether or not to complain about that myself, lol.✌️😁
Who else for some reason got this on their homepage? But Monty Python’s Life of Brian is on Netflix and better quality and uncensored. But again, it’s fun to read the comments and is more like a community. And that’s beautiful - hold up, this is illegal! Copyright! The white rabbit is coming!!
This film was banned in Birmingham UK and Exmouth when it opened, to name but two. The local councillors who banned it were proud that they'd never seen it.

Why is it really dark? I can barely see what's going on. I've never seen this movie before, so I have no clue as to what's going on in the first place. The Holy Grail wasn't this dark.
Not only best comedy ever made, its much more than comedy at the same time. The things they make fun of are Just as relevant now as when it was made, and all the way back 2000 years! " Dont you oppress me!!" HAHAHA!
