Actually a good price for such exclusive area. But still a shoe box size condo like most newer condos in Bkk. Would like to see larger one bedroom units even if its an older building.

Thank you, yes this condo is really great! The project was recently completed, so prices are a bit all over the place. I would say for a 1-Bed Plus, prices range between 8.5- 9.5 MB. -Pierre

We would LOVE to do Property Tours in Samui!! There's some really beautiful beachfront villas out there. Unfortunately, no immediate plans to expand there! We're already busy in Bangkok. haha -Pierre

Hey, thanks for your question! Not too sure where you got the info, but in Thailand property taxes are not 12% per year. So you definitely can make money when you are renting a condo. Hope this helps, anything just let me know. -Pierre

Thanks for your question Pete. 🙏 I would say condos in this project range between 175-190,000 THB per square meters. It's a little hard to price units in this project at the moment, as buyers are in the process of transferring from the Developer AP Thai. When transfer is completed, this automatically means that the Sellers are subject to Government Sales Taxes. Which makes their cost of selling quite high. Thanks for your comment George! 😀 I think Life One Wireless is a good quality building in a high-potential location. However, it is unfortunate that completion/ transfer happened during the peak of the 1st Wave of COVID outbreak in 2020. So landlords have had to accept less rent due to the current situation. -Pierre

Any property that does not have heated pool (constant) throughout the year is Not luxury

Hi David, thanks for the comment! Heated pools are not a standard in Bangkok, simply because the weather in the city is tropical and the ambient temperature is generally hot (During the summer months temperatures soar to 35-40°C). So I don't think you would want to swim in a heated pool. Thanks again for watching the video. -Pierre

Agree Tiny overpriced is not luxurious. BKKs bubble will burst rental yeild is low 45 sq m for 30k is expensive. I have rented 300 sq m for less in Thailand, beautifully furnished, 5 bdrm 4 bath. my bedroom was 60 SQ m. That is luxury
