We really are all going through the same shit, especially during our 20s life starts feeling more real and unfiltered, because it also comes with maturity and self awareness, so yes, life sucks but we gotta use this chance to grow as people. We will come out of it stronger and better, love you ❤

I totally understand those feelings of bitterness towards people with supportive families. I've been completely on my own since 18 with no financial/emotional support from my family and it was fucking ROUGH when I was younger. I had to do so much work to unravel all those feelings of bitterness and shame, but eventually I learned that we all just play the hand we're dealt. People with supportive families didn't necessarily choose an easier life anymore than people without supportive families chose to live a harder life. It took me yearrrrrrrrs of therapy to finally understand & accept that concept, but I've felt so much peace ever since I finally came to terms with it. I wish you all the peace & growth in the world! It's not always easy, but the journey will pay off for you someday 💖

Like two days ago i cry for 1 hour on the street before going to the best festival of my life 😅

as a fighter (Muay Thai) I’ve been watching an assortment of other fighters and their relationship with the brutality of the sports & life. One fighter shared that “it’s not about easy, it’s about overcoming” and how superficial positivity will never be conducive to real change. Real change is surrendering to the necessary changes required to develop & showcase the change you’re striving for. And that will never be easy. Yet as you overcome, like an avalanche, you will suddenly look up and all has changed. When/How are just threads we reach for to ease the hurt and assert control. Good luck & God Bless us all. Life does suck right now! I just found out I'd (a junior) be graduating late since I couldn't complete summer school due to mental health issues related to my parent's divorce which caused me to fail 9th grade.. I cried because I was so set on graduating in 2025 but I quickly shook it off because there is more to life than just failing and regretting. 🤷🏽‍♀

Feel you Mia. If I can offer some hope from a future, I was diagnosed with BPD but because I was poor I couldn't afford to do the DBT professionally and I appeared functional so I didn't end up getting any state assistance. I did it by myself with a work book and really dug into some historical pains to work through them. Legit, some of the worst time in my life and fucked me up for a good year and a bit while I was basically rewiring my brain. I did this when I was about... I think 27/8. I'm now about to turn 37 and I'm feeling a whole lot better and can handle the shit when it hits, I still have moments but now I know I can handle it. When you mess up, treating yourself like your own little sibling can help a lot. Basically tl;dr looking after your brain in whatever way you can will pay off later, much love from a BPD bitch in the future

life sucks. some struggles make you stronger, some make you weaker. some people build you up, some people drop you. all of the experiences are valuable - even though they don't feel that way. the lessons connect us. . . and hopefully we can heal the universe's wounds so we can stop having these horrible things happen to people again and a gain generation after generation. also, 20s are both great and suck. things start getting better after 26. mostly just different. . .but i think it's a better difference.
