Sir Please confirm whether the 6% DA announced from oct.or Nov.22.PNB has paid 6% DA from Nov.2022. Secondly LTC which was due for the block years 2020-2022.The pensioner was retired on 31,march 2012 but the PNB didn't pay the LTC in july 22 .It said family pensioners will get it in Jan.2023 instead of july 22. Thirdly as you said EXCESS paid pension can't be recovered as per supreme court and further letter of the punjab government dated 28th August 2015. Please provide the copy of the letter. Sir,is this Form A required to be submitted to the bank for Punjab Pensioners also who are already getting pension from the bank as spouse is already mentioned in the PPO for family pension in case of death of the pensioner,pl clarify
Sir Please inform about the copy of the letter of punjab government against deducting the excess amount paid by the bank / illegal deduction made by the Bank from the pension amount .Sir please provide the same if possible.Thanks
So thanks of you sir. I have been facing the monthly illegal deduction from my family pension since Oct.2019 that was due to me .My wife was retired on 31,march 2012 and her pension was revised under new pension scheme 1951 and family pension scheme under 1964.She died on 12th April 2015 .According to rule under family pension scheme 1964 .I was authorised to get full pension till she had attaining the age of 65years as it is written in the revised PPO. I got the pension .The Bank remarked that she didn't die in harness and started illegal deduction.therefore I am badly need of it. Thanks sir for the sympathy shown to me.
