ਇਹ ਫਾਰਮੂਲੇ ਦਾ ਬਹੁੱਤ ਘੱਟ ਮੁਲਾਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਭ ਪਹੁੰਚਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੀ,ਜੋ ਲੈਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।ਮੇਰੇ ਤੇ ਇਹ ਫਾਰਮੂਲਾ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਮਹਿਕਮੇ ਨਾਲ ਡੇਢ ਸਾਲ ਸਿਰ ਖਪਾਈ ਕਰਕੇ ਬੇਸਿਕ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ 66957 ਰੁਪਏ ਤੋਂ 71150 ਰੁਪਏ ਫਿਕਸ ਕਰਵਾ ਕੇ ਲੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ ਜੀ।ਜੋ 4193 ਰੁਪਏ ਬੇਸਿਕ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਵੱਧ ਫਿਕਸ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ਜੀ। ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮੁਤਾਬਕ ਸਾਡੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਂ ਸਿਰਫ ਇਕੱਲਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਹਾਂ ਜਿਸਨੇ 5.1(a) ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।

Sir I was promoted as Sr Asstt.in July, 1990 and retired as such on 31.3.2014 in grade pay of 4600/- at basic pay of 28520/-obviously my basic pension is fixed at 14260/- and revised to 34930 wef 1.1.2016. Total service about 38 years. Is fixation under 5.1 will be beneficial to me please do help as I am a bedridden person unable to move.

Sir I retired at basic of 28520/- in grade pay of 4600/-on 31.3.2014. I earned 9 increments since 2006 as my DOI was July. Minimum of 4600/-GP is 18030/- and corresponding pay in matrix is 47600/-and when I add 9 increments it goes to 62200/-meaning 31100/- as basic pension but it is less than 34930/-fixed as per 2.45. Am I correct. But my question is why it is 2006 for counting number of increments earned.

According to this letter my junior got more pension then me while I retired as SE and junior retired as xen.even if I proceed as per letter then as xen my pension comes more.That means in higher scale I got less pension then lower scale as xen.this means this example given in letter is wrong.

Pl personally visit finance department and then release such video other wise it should be deleted which ist based on officially un released letter of 22/7/2022 by the finance department.As finance principal secretary bring this letter in hurry and FM along with convenors of pensioners meeting rejected this and ordered not to issue which was unofficially leaked by some body and moving with every one but finance is not agreed to release this letter.

This letter of 22/7/2022 was never released officially by finance department as was rejected by union members in meeting with the FM. Notional increments should be related with initial payment not from the date of GP. Hence finance department as kso refused in RTI issued of this letter.pl do not misguide with out knowing genuineness of this letter

My basic pay was 26300+grade pay 5400 on 30.9.11 date of retirement. I have got 5400 grade pay 0n 30.9.11 but payable from1.12.11.ln the grade pay of 5400 I do not enjoy any increment. Kindly advise me and fix my pension basic pay on 30.9.11
