Glad your getting Frank cleared. I had a female shepherd that had a HGE bladder stone, so large the vet had never seen one that large and actually KEPT the stone when they removed it for teaching purposes. My dog recovered and lived on to be a fierce warrior for her fun and mom :) All will be well! :)

I’m so sorry to hear about Frank’s health. Have you thought about contacting Brian of Off-grid Backcountry Adventures? His pup Sierra was diagnosed with cancer and she’s doing fantastic! He had help from his vet but also put her on a natural healing diet with herbals (I believe). Btw, he’s the one that recommended your channel 🥰 You and Frank will be in my thoughts and prayers, I love watching your content and Frank has always been the highlight 🥰

I have two dogs who are 12 and showing subtle signs of decline. Hearing the news of Frank, had me in tears..he's such a character in your videos, a side kick,...partner in crime. He is just so cute to watch. I spoil my dogs and treat them like they understand, kinda how you treat frank. I Look forward to your video's. Your my escape right now, I'm contemplating knee surgery...and seeing the scenery of Canada and where you take us each week is breathtakingly beautiful. This one really hits close to home. We went through something similar with our older dog. He ended up having cancer and we gave him a round of very expensive chemo treatment, and at first he got a lot better. Eventually, after the second round he had some bad reactions to it, swelling and infection over time. Eventually, at the very end, he got very weak. He was such a big strong dog and he wanted to stay and still protect us. We knew we had to help him to go, it was really hard and a year later it's still hard. I hope in your case it's not cancer and Frank has a lot longer, but in any case, you gave him a great life few dogs have.

Frank is just the best boy. I have all fingers crossed his tests come back negative. Your tattoo is beautiful. You live such a frugal life its fine to splurge on something that makes you happy. Do not ever apologise for that.

Keep positive. My dog also has been dealing with blood in his urine. initially 1 round of antibiotics, then after that round, a week passed, blood returned. another checkup and an xray. Vet thought there was a mass or bladder stones and ordered an ultrasound. results were inconclusive. took a urine culture and now diagnosed with infection. another round, completed that and blood returned. now another culture and a different med. this seems to be improving his situation but it is confirmed a major infection. Hope Frank doesn't have cancer in the bladder. My dog's ultrasound showed the "mass" was gasses in his bladder .

It is always so hard when our fur babies get older. I am fortunate to have a four year old Boston terrier, got after my old one passed at 14 1/2 from diabetes. I do have two senior chihuahua siblings, the will be 14 at the end of November. Sending love and healing light. 💙

I wasn’t able to watch the video because I couldn’t hear about Frank’s health. I read some of the comments though. Having had fur babies pass, I can tell you that it is peaceful, painless and they are unafraid if the vet comes to you. I can also share that the decisions that I’ve made have been for my furbabies…not for me. They don’t know they have cancer and their only happiness is to be by your side. I pray for Frank and I’m sending love.

My dog was given 3 months to live because of her tumor. I went home, researched and started her on organic turmeric with a pinch of black pepper. It's now been almost a year and a half on turmeric and she is still with us. Call me crazy but I believe the turmeric is helping her have more life. Sending Frank healing vibes 💖

How old is Frank? It's nice to see you enjoying the beauty together. He is living his Best life with you....its a journey with these incredible animals we are blessed to share with them...they teach us so many things about love...its very hard to let them go, but they have to be spiritually significant for all the unconditional love they give us. Nature blesses us with them and you seem to be connected to nature so absolutely enjoy every moment you are blessed with Frank's love....

I want to tell you the story of our dog, Gracie. Gracie was a full border collie. Very beautiful and too smart for her own good. Around age 12, a bump seemingly overnight raised up on the top of her head and over to the right side. The vet diagnosed it as cancer. When we removed it, it was back so quickly. Nothing more could be done. Gracie was primarily my sons dog and he could not stand the thought of putting her down. We made this pact between ourselves and Gracie. First, I would prepare all Gracies food with human food. Second, she had to still enjoy going on her walk. And third, she could not be in any visible pain. The vet thought she had a few weeks to a month left. A little over a year later Gracie came into the kitchen, turned in a circle, yelped once and laid down and died. That last year of her life was spectacular for her. We heaped her with attention and love. She ate some version of a human meat stew every day, which she loved. And she had a long walk daily with lots of play. I tell you this story to give you hope that even though it seems dark, your dog can go on living happily and loving you despite everything else. We were so glad we did it go ahead and put her down but instead create her special and try to let her live until the moment she was ready to go. The lump on her head grew very large and when she walked she bobbled her head to the right side, but it didn't get her down. Gracie has been gone now for over 10 years. I keep a picture of her on my dresser that I look at every day and we still talk about Gracie and miss her very much. I have such place in my heart for your Frank. I can see that he has contentment a joy for living inside of him..,and I know how much you love him, Amanda. Just like humans can recover unexpectedly or live past what the doctor predicts, so can animals. God bless you and good luck to you in all things Amanda.
