Definitely trying that gnocchi, love simple recipes. We're heading to Korea after a 5 year hiatus next spring. Finally visiting Jeju island just as it begins to warm up. We could have spent less on airfare, but couldn't resist taking the non-stop from Vegas. Just got back from Darwin, Australia and the thought of layovers and 20+ hours of travel time was a huge turn-off. Since it will be so cold when you visit Korea I'd suggest 2 of my favorite indoor sites, the National Museum of Korea and the War Memorial of Korea, both in Seoul.
