It's 6am the day after UPW and this is the first thing I wanted to find and listen to, to start my day! love this song and the emotion and state it brings back in me now :-) The feeling in the room is like being in a club in Ibiza on ecstasy except without the drugs and alcohol. This is what it means to feel truly alive, feel a human being, feel connected and alive. Being HIGH ON LIFE is a wonderful thing. Thumbs up if YOU FREAKING ROCK!!

At the risk of sounding like a 'me too'...ME TOO times a trillion! What an amazing weekend! I am now back home following a trip to Chicago for the latest UPW event and am shopping shortly for a 3 days cleansing regimen followed by the 10 days challenge which I believe will become my new way of life. With that foundation, I am ready to handle my other goals. Psyched!!!
