ikr like, we have to open our mouths hella wide to floss and it hurts. we also have to look really closely and it takes so long. how do they expect us to floss every day-
go for it, I've been sitting with braces and decided to take it like usual, and uhh, I found a broken piece of my back upper tooth instead, so now I do it like how they tell me to, 3 times, haha

I've had braces for about a month now and I just want to say that you will eventually get used to it and be able to do it correctly with no worries after some time with it.

Why is everyone acting like it’s so hard. I love how having braces have taught me proper oral hygiene. I floss everyday since my instillation with traditional floss (most effective, as it gets under the gum and around the base of tooth)

Im gonna be honest, I never really use the flaw.... GETTING IT BETWEEN THE TEETHS WITH BRACES IS ALMOST IMPOSIBLE, I wish it was as easy as it looks on this video
This is my first time I've had ever did it. It took me a full 35 to 40 minutes. IT LOOKED SIMPLE IT, IT WAS NOT THAT SIMPLE. Hopefully other people have more luck then i did

I just got braces and I’m honestly scared ,, this looks so hard and the comments as well. But what I’m really scared about is me putting back the rubber bands that I have to use for like a week or so. I know they will snap when I try ☠️
getting braces is good but having to do this everyday is 😫 kriss ai said that if i don't brush my teeth correctly while wearing braces, i might encounter several issues that can affect my oral health... 😢 give me will to do this everyday pleaseee 😣
not to mention the bristles tend to get stuck between the brackets! Buy an electric toothbrush its life changing you'll never go back to regular toothbrush!

totes get that! keeping up with oral hygiene while wearing braces can be a challenge! But think of it this way: every time you brush and floss, you're one step closer to a healthier, more beautiful smile.
I got my braces about a month ago and I’ve been trying my best to keep my teeth super clean- but I just know that I’m going to have to get some deep cleaning once I get my braces off
@@russell9758 i’ve had my braces for about a year and 8 months now. my teeth are pretty much straight and currently they’re just tryna fix my bite. but i’m in a different country for the summer and it’s been difficult for me to remember to wear my rubber bands lol. i think i have about five months left we’ll see

I hate how sensitive my teeth are and hate brushing my teeth now, also I have a couple important questions abt the brushing routine and I expect someone as experienced as u to know what I should do I haven’t flossed once since I got my braces because the floss can’t even go through my teeth, is that normal? Should I be worried? Also does brushing OVER the braces clean my teeth properly or do I need to do that 45 degree stuff I see on braces videos? I know it’s a hassle to read and respond to all of this but it would rlly help me and i would appreciate it, ty
Yall, if you don’t want to struggle with flossing and bleeding every time you clean your teeth, just get a water flosser, it will make your life much easier
You expect me...TO MEASURE 45⁰ TO BRUSH MY TEETH WITH BRACES....it already takes too long without all if that....just brush untill they feel clean .....AND THE WATER PICK IS A LIFE SAVER . ..flossing is living heck.
I had my braces yesterday and it doesn’t really hurt like the way people were saying. I only feel numbness but little pain. Of course I can’t chew anything. 😅
Ok so I am confused. After I brush my teeth I use the Proxabrush to go in between each bracket, then I use an actual string flossed. If I get a water pik do I still need to use the proxabrush and string floss?
I literally tried flossing and I could do my front teeth fine but when I got to the back I couldn’t fit the little white string of floss up and grab it with my nails and I have very long nails so it was even harder 🙄🙄
just got my braces today and everything is so hard, I can't even chew so I just swallowed it, and every time I eat it feels like there's always something that got stuck in my braces 😅 and it is SO HARD to floss omg
