Oral Hygiene with Braces 

Avoid hard and chewy food.... Food is literally either hard or chewy!

They make flossing look so easy

When I first got my braces, after a couple hours: PAIN

"Having braces is about more than straightening teeth" Yeah like pain and suffering

It's not that easy to brush your teeth with braces... 😒😒

Let me get my protractor

Idk why but when I try to brush the brackets in the molar part, I feel like they're gonna come off/break 🤕

Flossing is soooo hard ;-;

My orthodontist never told me to floss

They were spot on about open bite!!

I have a deep bite it hurts sometimes but I have braces

Aside from that, whenever i have my schedule for adjustment she just always do the same. She will removed the rubber half of the lower bracket or upper bracket (whichever comes first), if upper teeth first, she just only removed rubber on the half side of the bracket and replaced new rubber then she will removed the other side and finished putting new rubber, then she will followed the lower teeth same way. (vice versa)
