On May 20th, participants of CMBP 2024 visited local leading companies in Hainig and Haiyan. TDG Holding Co, LTD, the first listed company directly controlled by a natural person in China. The company has now formed three major business segments: electronic materials, electronic new energy, and intelligent equipment. Kingdom Holdings Limited, currently one of the largest linen yarn manufacturers in the world, and has ranked as the largest pure linen yarn exporter of China for 21 consecutive years. Both companies, while deeply cultivating the domestic market, are also proactively expanding their international presence. Assistant Professor Wang Yiwei from ZIBS also delivered the lecture on the topic of Offshoring, Onshoring, or Nearshoring? Case Studies of China, decoding the strategies that enterprises need to consider when expanding overseas markets.
