LIFES GONE CRAZY | Getting Organised | Cardiff | Easy Lemon Loaf Cake 

I work from home till 6pm and then we have dinner. I then either journal or use my planner and watch RU-vid or I watch TV with my hubby and while we are watching TV I will either be fussy cutting or journaling because I can’t just sitting watching Tv. I hope you’re having a fab time with your Dad and get to relax a bit ❤

My late partner always made our bread. He used a cast iron pot for both sourdough and ordinary bread and it always came out beautifully. How I miss it. He always brought me what he called "the knob end" spread thickly with butter and still warm - I may yet decide to have a go for myself.

Cardiff looks like a gorgeous town. I know it's nice having your Dad visit but it must be hard doing normal home/work life with him on "holidays". You have your normal life plus entertaining and visiting with your Dad. No wonder you are both exhausted. I've just got back from a months holiday in Alaska (which is why I am so behind in watching your videos).

it's good to have family time Lisa and Ade but you also need time for you too. Garden, or reading helps or i find watching crime drama helps too. xxx

I Potter around before making tea, our relaxation time is cycling(electric!!) Then when all tidied up rest time, we need it we're in our latter years of working therefore need to relax 😂xx

I work from home, hubby works outside & can travel quite a bit at times, young adult child at home w/ autism, she’s not fully independent. Our evenings & weekends are full out family time even if it’s out in the garden, watching a movie, out and about. I find we never fully stop , throw a load of laundry in during show time or while dinner is cooking. We really don’t think much about it as I believe it’s just routine. We use to have lots of family from out of town visit but that’s changed considerable sadly, I am considerably younger than my siblings, their children grown as I began raising mine. Our parents have passed & they are all retiring and some health issues have come up which has changed things. I have moved quite a bit over the years and have hosted many family gatherings, I have been very chill on things & prepared though & not too fussy about it. I think it may have to do with I’ve always been adaptable to change although not always happy with the frequency but I think if you have a routine it’s hard to break even for your body to adjust. But yes it can be taxing & tiring although we don’t want to think about anything but the family time, I am melancholy & miss it awfully. All I can say is one good house clean & just focus on the days ahead & resting, leave the chores til they’ve gone , do your employ work & just enjoy. So happy for you both that you put the camera down & I think that for you both probably alleviated an important demand. Best to you both, take care!🥰

Cardiff is lovely esp at Christmas. I live in Bristol and have family in Wales so go over bridge a lot. Your bread looks lovely! Have A great time with your dad.

I hope you're enjoying your dad's visit but also getting in some relaxation! I don't seem to get too much of that...I work all day, after work I make dinner, clean up from dinner, get lunch ready for the next day and whatever else needs to be done to prepare for the next day, once that is done I do sit down in my crafty space and watch some RU-vid while I craft or do something on the computer (that is my relaxing time). After that I try to watch a little tv before going to bed. My Saturdays are mostly spent with my mom, helping her around the house or running errands for her. Sunday I consider "my day" but I still do stuff around the house and then get things ready for the week (and making sure my husband has whatever he needs to have a relaxing day...yes, he is spoiled)! 😂😊

There’s a bath and body works in Cardiff???😱 we can do a Cardiff trip! 😊as for relaxing and ways of relaxing? I’m always on the go and struggle to stay in one place …😂

I finish at 6 on a saturday. I come home cook and drop off to sleep in the corner unit. Wake up then go to bed.i get so tired I think that's the diabetes.never used to drop off.
