I am a 81 year old with a slipped disc. I have a trainer who comes thrice a week. He has helped to strengthen my spinal muscles. I am able to move around comfortably. I am using a walker since last year. But I socialise with my friends.

3:55 - 4:08 '12 hours of fasting done the right way at the right time is more beneficial than longer hours of fasting with black coffee, green tea and lemon water, that's not fasting!' Please explain why not?? I'm very curious to know. All those are really good for health too, with minimum black coffee.

you have to find that way out.. just try a min 12 hour fast if you can ... between dinner and next day breakfast.. or skip breakfast .. your body will tell you..
