I was hungry, so I cooked lots of new potatoes in a skillet with garlic flavor.
By boiling them first, you don't need to deep fry them, and cleanup is easy.
I wanted to make the sardines look more colorful, so I used parsley and thyme from the fridge to make them greenish.
◎Fried sardines
Salt and pepper
Eggs
Cake flour
Bread crumbs + parsley + thyme
◎Fried young sweetfish
After wiping off the moisture, I coated them with potato starch and fried them until they were crispy.
◎Grilled new potatoes with garlic
Olive oil - appropriate amount
New potatoes - 1 bag
Salt and pepper - a little
Garlic powder - to taste
Rosemary - 1 stalk
Butter - 15g

② Heat a skillet and add olive oil

④ Once browned, add butter and melt it to finish
⑤ If you have it, add plenty of dill to finish it off for a delicious taste that you won't be able to stop eating
